CPT Brent Rohrer

Lead Travel Administrator for 90TH RRC in Little Rock, Arkansas

CPT Brent Rohrer spent his lieutenant years at Ft Lewis, Washington working with 9th Finance BN.  While there he served as a Battalion S1, S2, S3, S4, and as a Detachment Command.  In addition he did a tour in Siani, Egypt. After he finished his detachment command he pinned captain and went into the Active Guard Reserve program and was assigned to the 90th Regional Readiness Command in Little Rock, Arkansas where he spent 3 years as the Military Pay OIC for a 5 State area. Following the Pay OIC position he got picked up for Detachment Command again with the 376th Regional Readiness Command in Wausau, Wisconsin. While in the 376th Brent was deployed to Camp Bucca, Iraq and Camp Buehring, Kuwait where he ran finance offices.  After completing his tours in Iraq and Kuwait Brent returned back to the 90th RRC in December 2005 and has been the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (DTS Program) for the 5 state area he supports. Brent has a wife and 3 kids that are looking forward to his retirement in 3 years.








CPT Mark Welde

551st Medical Company (Logistics) Commander

Marc R. Welde was born in Spain, lived in Germany, and now calls Ogden, Utah his hometown.  On 27 April 1998, Captain Welde enlisted in the Utah National Guard where he served in the Simultaneous Membership Program. He graduated from Weber State University as a Distinguished Military Graduate in May 2000 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and was commissioned through ROTC into the Medical Service Corps.  After completion of the AMEDD Officer Basic Course, Captain Welde was assigned as the Medical Platoon Leader in the 1-506th Infantry Battalion (AASLT) in the Republic of Korea.  Captain Welde’s other assignments include Ambulance Platoon Leader, 25th Brigade Support Medical Company, 25th Infantry Division; Executive Officer, 250th Forward Surgical Team (Airborne) during Operation Iraqi Freedom; and most recently as the Group Medical Logistics Officer, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne).  He is currently the commanding officer of the 551st Medical Company (Logistics) stationed in Fort Lewis, WA.  Captain Welde’s military education includes the AMEDD Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, the Medical Logistics Management Course, Ranger School (Honor Graduate), Airborne and Air Assault Schools, the Unit Movement Officer Course, and the United States Army Special Operations Command Static Line Jumpmaster Course.  His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star, the Meritorious Service Medal, two Army Commendation Medals, three Army Achievement Medal (2 OLC), the Iraqi Campaign Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Korea Defense Service Medal, the Combat Medical Badge, the Expert Field Medical Badge, the Air Assault badge, the Senior Parachutist Badge, and the Ranger Tab.  Captain Welde is married to the former Rachael J. Farr.   








CPT Robert Lovejoy

JAG OBC Company Commander

CPT Lovejoy graduated from Weber State University in 1999 and was commissioned as a Signal Officer.  His first assigned was as a Tactical Satellite Platoon Leader in Mannheim, Germany. While in Germany he did deployments to Bosnia and Kosovo and found time to get his Master's degree in Education at the University of Oklahoma's European Outreach Campus. After completing the Signal Officer Captain's Career Course CPT Lovejoy was assigned as the Battalion Signal Officer for 1-41 Infantry at Fort Riley, Kansas.  While with 1-41 Infantry he was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Currently CPT Lovejoy is assigned as the Company Commander for The Judge Advocate Officer's Basic Course in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Additionally, CPT Lovejoy has been selected for Advanced Civil Schooling.  Starting the summer of 2007 he will be attending Columbia University in New York, New York to pursue a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology. 








MAJ Ryan Levier

7th Signal Brigade S3

MAJ Ryan LeVier was commissioned into the Signal Corps in 1997. His first duty station was in Korea.  In 1998 MAJ LeVier moved on to Fort Bragg untill 2001.  After the advance course I was assigned to Germany where upon arrival was sent to Kosovo where he served a signal officer at the Kosovo Force HQs. He then returned to Germany and served as a company commander in a DOIM signal unit then moved back down 5th Signal Cmd Hq's to be the Deputy Inspector
General.  MAJ LeVier now serves as 7th Signal Brigade S3.  He is married to Jennifer LeVier and they have lived in Germany for the last 6 years.








CPT Paul Breck

Staff Officer - 1-66 AR BN

Paul Breck spent three years on Active Duty at Fort Polk, LA as OPFOR from June 1997 through June 2000.  The job of OPFOR is to conduct engagements with units conducting maneuvers training at the Fort Polk training area commonly referred to as JRTC.  Paul left the active army in 2000 and went into the IRR until April 2002 when he joined the Utah National Guard.  Paul served as a Combat Engineer and got deployed to Iraq for OIF I for 16 Months spending 12 of those months in Baghdad.  When he returned from Iraq Paul volunteered for New Horizons in Nicaragua building schools and clinics for the poor.  In June 2006 Paul decided to back on active duty and assessed as an Engineer and just finished the Engineer Captains Career Course.  He is currently stationed at Fort Hood, TX with his wife and 5 Children. Paul is assigned to 1 HBCT, 4th Infantry Division and serve as a staff officer in 1-66 AR BN.









CPT Clancy Duncan

Senior Application Engineer

CPT Duncan graduated in May 2000 from Weber State University and was commissioned as an officer in the Transportation Corps.  He went to the Basic Course at Fort Eustis, VA and my first duty station was Illesheim, Germany as an SSA Platoon Leader for an Attack (Apache) Aviation unit.  CPT Duncan then went  to the 181st Transportation Battalion in Mannheim, Germany and was a Truck (PLS) Platoon Leader, Operations Officer, and Intel Officer.  While serving in the 181st Transportation Battalion he was attached to the 3rd Infantry Division and was part of the initial invasion of Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).   After OIF I, CPT Duncan returned to Germany before going to the Officer Advanced Course at Fort Lee, Virginia.  Upon completing his Officer Advanced Course he did a year in Army Recruiting in Portland, OR serving as the Battalion S3 before deciding to leave the Army.  CPT Duncan is currently living in Leesburg, VA working for Unisys (Fortune 400) as a "Senior Application Engineer" (Fancy title for Analyst) for a project called the Global Combat Support System - Joint version.  Their primary customer is the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and they all support the Joint Staff and Combatant Command logistics communities.
