CPT Jacob Kaldor

XO HHT 1/11

CPT Jacob Kaldor graduated from WSU in 2003, and attended the Armor Officer Basic Course at Fort Knox from Sep 03-Feb 04.  He was assigned to C TRP, 1st Squadron, 11th ACR as a Tank Platoon Leader at FT Irwin, CA, from MAR 04 until FEB 06. During that time he deployed in support of OIF III from JAN 05 to JAN 06.

From FEB 06 until JAN 07 he was the Support Platoon Leader, falling under HHT, 1/11 ACR.  Missions included a deployment to FT Stewart, GA IOT prepare the 1st Brigade, 3rd ID to deploy. Promoted to CPT in NOV 06 and reassigned within the Squadron to the HHT XO.  Currently he is preparing the troop to again deploy to FT Stewart, and to become the troop commander while deployed, IOT support 2nd Brigade, 3rd ID's upcoming deployment.








2LT CM Steven McPherson

Joined the Washington Army National Guard in 2000 at the age of 18.
Attended WSU as part of the Simultanious Membership Program (SMP)for MS III and MS IV years. During that time he participated in Ranger Challenge and Color Guard. Commissioned on 09 DEC 05 into the Army Reserves. Attended COBC at FT Leonard Wood, MO from Jan 06 to Jun 06.


Upon completion transferred back to the WAARNG and deployed with the 790th CM CO (ILO). Currently serving in Iraq where he has held various positions including: Platoon Leader, Assistant S-7 / S-6 / IMO, and TIF OIC.
