LTC Tracy L. Hankins

Professor of Military Science

LTC Tracy L. Hankins enlisted in the United States Army in 1989. He completed Basic Training at Ft Leonard Wood, Mo and graduated from the Administrative Specialist Course at Ft Jackson, SC. As a US Army Reserve Soldier, LTC Hankins deployed to Operation Desert Shield/Storm from 1990 to 1991. He received his ROTC commission in 1993 from Central Missouri State University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, MO and a Masters of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University, St. Louis, MO. His military education consists of Adjutant General's (AG) Officer Basic Course, Adjutant General's (AG) Officer Advance Course, Combined Arms and Services Staff School (CAS3), Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Human Resources Management Course (FA43) and Airborne School.
 

LTC Hankins' military assignments include: Chief, Personnel Service Support, 10th Personnel Service Company (PSC), Ft. Drum, NY; Detachment Commander, 10th PSC (Forward), Operation Uphold Democracy, Haiti; Human Resources Director, 10th Personnel Service Battalion (PSB), Ft.
