“ ROTC has benefited me in many ways over the last three and a half years. First, and most importantly ROTC has completely paid for my education. Without having to worry about paying for school I have been able to excel in the ROTC program, school, and give back to the community. The training that I have completed as a cadet in the Falcon Battalion has made me extremely competitive in everything that I do and will do. During my time in the battalion I had the opportunity to attend and complete Airborne school and Air Assault school. By completing this training I have gained advanced skills that will open up many advanced opportunities for me throughout my Army career. Even if a student has no desire to become an Army leader the ROTC program can help them learn more about themselves and their abilities.

Leadership And Excellence

Benefits

These Benefits Last a Lifetime

Army ROTC is one of the Nation's top leadership programs, with a wide range of benefits. Through Army ROTC you can:

  • Get help with your college tuition with an Army ROTC Scholarship
  • Gain experience you can't find anywhere else
  • Gain the respect of your peers and future employers
  • Train to become a leader and manager

Leadership

In Army ROTC you will learn to become a leader—not just a person who gives orders but a person who leads by example. Being an Officer in the U.S. Army means you're a counselor, a strategist and a motivator. It's similar to being a vital manager in a corporation. As an Officer, you will lead other Soldiers in all situations and adjust to environments that are always changing. You'll be driven to achieve success with your team on every mission.
