Learn Leadership from the Best Leaders
The Army ROTC program is only as strong as its instructors. That's why
we provide such highly qualified faculty and staff for Cadets. See the
kind of varied and interesting experiences instructors have had that
make them the best ROTC faculty and staff.

- Research Interests:
-I have been an avid student of history, particularly Military History, from a young age. I believe that the knowledge and continued study of history is in many ways, a study in leadership, as human events are often shaped by human decisions. Additionally, the study of history connects us to something larger than ourselves and puts those of us in the service profession into proper perspective as to our role in organizations. During my studies at Kansas State University and at the School of Advanced Military Studies at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, I had the opportunity to explore education and the way that adults learn in life. I found many practical examples and techniques that apply directly to military training and the development of leaders. I continue to pursue studies in this field and am grateful for the opportunity to give back some of these lessons in the role of a trainer and developer of cadets and students in the Patriot Battalion.
