PT time
Cadets working out for their morning Physical Training (PT)
While in ROTC one of the extra curricular activities that you will be participating in will be the required Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning work out sessions called Physical Training, or PT. PT is meant to maintain the cadets at a physical level to pass the Army Physical Fitness Test, and to also build camaraderie between the cadets.
“ROTC has given me opportunities beyond what I ever thought possible. It is teaching me to be a better leader and a better person overall. Through ROTC I have met many new people and built friendships that I hope continue throughout my lifetime. The experiences that I have had here will remain with me throughout college and the work force once I leave.”
