LTC Graves
Professor of Military Science
Lieutenant Colonel Graves was born in Washington D.C. and is a 1989 graduate of Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and received a regular army commission as a second lieutenant in the Infantry.
Lieutenant Colonel Graves has served as a leader or commander in all of his commissioned ranks. His assignments include Bradley Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and Scout Platoon Leader while assigned to various units in 3rd Infantry Division in Germany; Anti-Armor Company Commander and Commander of the U.S. Army’s only Pathfinder Company (Airborne) while assigned to the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky; Commandant of the Theater Air Naval Ground Operations Command Post in Seoul, Korea; Battalion Executive Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Battalion Operations Officer and Executive Officer for 6th Ranger Training Battalion, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida; and currently serving as the 31st Professor of Military Science/Commander of the Central State University Army ROTC Battalion, the first ROTC unit established on a Historically Black College/University.
Lieutenant Colonel Graves is a graduate of various Army and civilian schools which include: the Infantry Officer Basic and Advance Course, Command and General Staff Officer Course, Dynamics in International Terrorism from the Joint Special Operations University, the Ranger, Airborne, Air Assault, and Pathfinder Courses, and has earned his Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from Webster University in 2000.
Lieutenant Colonel Graves has deployed on numerous occasions in and out of country and is a combat veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Storm in Iraq where he served as a Platoon Leader with 3rd Infantry Division, Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division where he served as a Brigade Logistical Officer, and Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq with the 82nd Airborne Division where he served as a Battalion Executive Officer. His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters, the Meritorious Service Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters, the Army Commendation Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters, the Army Achievement Medal with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary and Service Medals, the Combat Infantryman’s Badge (2nd Award), Expert Infantryman’s Badge, Ranger Tab, Master Parachutist Badge, Pathfinder Badge, Air Assault Badge, and Ecuadorian and Chilean Parachutist Badges.
Lieutenant Colonel Graves is married to the former Ms. Harrison of Cincinnati, Ohio and has one daughter.

CPT Reynolds
Assistant Professor of Military Science
CPT Reynolds, Ordnance, commissioned a 2LT upon graduation from The Citadel in May of 1999. During his Army career, CPT Reynolds has been assigned to cavalry and combat service support units within the Second Armored Cavalry Regiment and 4th Brigade, 10th Mountain Division at Fort Polk, LA; where he served as ground cavalry squadron motor officer; automotive, electronic maintenance, and SSA platoon leader; MST Leader for three ground cavalry squadrons; squadron reconnaissance and surveillance officer, aerial re-supply officer, assistant S-3, and infantry battalion forward support company commander. He is currently serving as Training Officer and Assistant Professor of Military Science at Central State University. His awards include the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Badge.
CPT Reynolds has deployed to Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
CPT Reynolds is married to the former Ms. Curran and they have one son.

1LT Thompson
Scholarship & Applications Officer (SAO)
1LT Thompson joined the Army in May 1982. She attended initial training at Fort Jackson, SC as a Food Service Specialist. She then served in Zirndorf, Germany for three years with HHB Divarty, 1st Armored Division. After a short break in service, 1LT Thompson went back to Active Duty at Fort Hood, Texas to serve with the 1/3 Aviation Attack Helicopter Battalion under the 2nd Armored Division. Following a short tour to Iraq, 1LT Thompson went on to attend the University of Toledo with the ROTC Department and joined the Ohio Army National Guard, serving for 10 years under HQ STARC and the 52nd WMD CST filling a variety of specialties, to include Personnel, Finance and Accounting, Training and Operations, and Decontamination Specialist. In 2001, 1LT Thompson relocated to Cincinnati where she transferred into the Army Reserves, where she presently serves with the 256th Combat Support Hospital. 1LT Thompson was enlisted for 20 years before her Direct commission in Aug 2003.
She has commanded the 320th AG Company (Postal) and has also served in the capacity of Detachment OIC, Executive Officer, and Adjutant(S1). Recently hired by Communication Technologies, INC, 1LT (Ms) Thompson will be undertaking the responsibilities of the Scholarship & Applications Officer (SAO).
Awards include Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal (3rd Awd), Ohio Commendation Medal (2nd Awd), Army Achievement Medal (2nd Awd), and the Ohio Faithful Service Ribbon.

MSG Williams
Senior Military Instructor
MSG Keith A. Williams is the Senior Military Instructor. He is responsible for advising the Professor of Military Science and is the Military Science Level I and II instructor. MSG Williams has attended the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course and M1A1 Tank Master Gunner Course. His decorations include the Bronze Star Medal.

SFC Williams
Training NCO/Recruiting Officer
SFC Williams joined the Army in March 1989. He attended Infantry Training School at Paris Island, SC. He has been stationed at Ft. Riley, KS; Ft. Irwin, CA; Ft. Benning, GA; Baumholder, GE; Garlestadt, GE; and Central State University. SFC Williams has been in the Army for 19 years and has served as a Bradley Section Leader, Platoon Sergeant, Drill Sergeant, Operations NCO, Training NCO, Military Science Instructor and Scholarship and Applications Officer. Awards include Combat Infantryman's Badge (w 1 star), Purple Heart, Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (2 OLC), and Drill Sergeant Badge.
