| “Cadet life within the Army ROTC program is one of the most challenging, educational, and fun parts of college. Within the program, cadets get to experience the training of the Army ROTC battalion, which is an excellent opportunity to learn interesting and valuable Army skills and learn to live the Army values. Cadets learn to understand and participate in the fundamental parts of the Army, including command structures, physical training, tactical training, and leadership. The essence of cadet life is participation. By participating in Army ROTC activities, prospective students can learn about challenges and benefits of the Army ROTC, and contracted cadets can continue their military education as part of an ROTC battalion, performing in various capacities to develop military skills and leadership abilities.” |
